My VOM – list of VOM files (Background sounds) Loaded, individual settings and adding VOM files

VOM SETTINGS – activate or deactivate VOM, Default settings, CALLGROUP setting configuring or deleting.

VOM EVENTS- direct link to the VOM-events URL

VOM STORE- direct link to the VOM-store URL








2. My VOM

List VOM files loaded in the system

- Joystick to the right to play the VOM file on the loud speaker
- Press “enter” to edit the individual VOM file settings
- select AddVOM to add additional VOM files to the “ My VOM ”

- Set VOM file volume
- Set incoming on/off
- Set outgoing on/off
- Set Verify VOM on/off

If the VOM file setting is set to verify VOM on, a popup list will appear enabling the user to change or cancel the VOM sound before the call is connected.
(To cancel VOM don’t select anything.)








CALLGROUP
Select “CALLGROUP” to set an itinerary of VOM files to a specific Phone number these can be played either in sequence or randomly

















choose “SELECT VO..” to add VOM files to the itinerary.
Change VOM file sequence by moving joystick to the left or right.

















- Select “VOM mode” to Activate or Deactivate the VOM application. (turn it on or off)

- Select “Default VOM File” – the VOM file that will play when a call is connected.

Remember, whether the verify VOM popup to shows or not, is based on the individual VOM file settings in “My VOM”.

Therefore the default VOM file has to have the “Verify VOM” setting set to on for the “Verify VOM” popup to display. Giving the user the opportunity to cancel or change the VOM file before the call is connected.
